The rough curls of your hair,
The way you wrap your arms around me
Your soft fingers caress my skin
The tastes of your lips are so sweet
The sight of your bright smile
And your oh-so-blue eyes
The sound of those words
I always wanted to hear from your lips
"I love you with all my heart…"
Makes me blush a peach colored love
The quiet edge of silence on a boring day
Broken up by the television static
The painted walls chip and fade
As the crumbling walls become disarray
The black and white pictures fall flat
The scrape of metal screeches
Sparking a fire that sat
On top of the newspaper pack
The burning flame and thick smoke of gray
The taste of charcoal dust
A house of memories burned down today
To ashes of monotone gray
Cotton balls, feathers, and twine
A child's play in the garden
The caged, pink swine
Squealing to be pardoned
Sticks and stones
Boys shall play roughly
Chime of the telephone
The puttering steps of a puppy
Simple times come and go
But shall never live on
The drastic reality
The hardcore honesty
Shown the truth
Of what lies beneath
To face the inevitable
The churning emotions
The depression
The stupidity
Change can't be done
Destiny has chosen
The cruel fate
To which you must grasp
"Why" is the question
"Because" is the answer
Yet no one has told you
What you have asked
The life of a beaten soul
The loneliness it faces
What has been shown
Of what they are
The living reality
To walk the earth
With great pain in the bitter cold
Being the freezing frost
Formed by the cold of night
To shudder at the sound
Cringe at the emotions
To be angered by the sight
Of those who carry the feeling of love
To wish them hurt and hope they end
For this such hatred causes you this pain
And to walk forever, immortal
As the frozen ice
This ball is of dull contentment
It's been an uneventful night
We must bring the entertainment
A tango for two just might
Our bodies seem to soar
With legs of grace
Across the wide dance floor
With a fast moving pace
Let us melt the walls away
With the hot passion
Of our fiery moves
This is a dance for only two
Let us make love
With our eyes in contact
Make me fly up like a dove
And bring me down on my back
Why must I drive everyone away
By what I have caused
I so dearly pay
There isn't a pause
It's my wrong doing
I caused everything to happen
The bad things
And makes me sadden
I'm the difficulty
I don't fit in here
I'm nothing but stupidity
I'm not suppose to belong anywhere
I am the pain
The sorrow
I'm the blame
Don't follow
Why am I so troubling
I'm lost and a mistake
I stay up thinking
I am believed to be fake
My destiny
My fate
To be lonely
And hated
If trust is suppose to be earned
How come parents don't let you try
If they are to trust you
Why won't they give you the responsibility
What happened to making mistakes
What happened to learning your lessons
Do they just disappear now
Since times have changed
Parents have a lot to worry
News becomes fouler then ever
Yet how can we lessen that worrisome
Unless they let us go
I don't blame their concern
I don't hate them for it
But how do you expect me
To become an independent person
A porcelain vase
Rest in a cabinet of dark wood
Locked with a copper clasp
Facing the world alone
This fragile, porcelain vase
Never to be touched
Never to be used
Only to be seen by the naked eye
The dark cabinet sits there
Dusty and unpolished
Locking away
Everything dear to its heart
When will it free
This small vase
Letting it go out
And soak in the sun
Everyday becomes heavy
Heavy as if stones
Fell into the hollow soul
Of this delicate, porcelain vase
When shall we see
This beautiful, porcelain vase
Upright on its own
Far from this dark cabinet of lost hope
Has anyone ever been truly happy?
The feeling I've long to have or make
To feel the flow of peace in the body
How much longer will this take?
I seem pure hearted
But you cannot see it with the naked eye
All they see is an angel that has parted
But there is evil that lies inside
The mind is made up of wrinkled flesh
Electricity flows through this mass
Protected by a stone defense
How long shall my thinking last?
I wish to rebel and cover the earth
With hatred and sorrow
I stand to give birth
The damnation for tomorrow
The hollow vessel of my body
The shadow veils over my eyes
Some form of evil that resides
The reflection of
And now earth quaked under the might of the army of the undead. The third power had used its force to surpass that of light and dark. So ended serenity.
